We're still on our mission to eat one home made, interesting, healthy lunch once a week.  This week's #inklinglunch was a carrot and coriander soup with lots of feta and fresh coriander. Admittedly not our most adventurous week but a winner for ease and speed.  And it's 4.45pm and I still feel full.

So there's possibly a lesson there, when in doubt just add cheese.
